Pipe Stress Analysis for Piping on Bridge have some notices as below:
· The bridge shall be fixed on one side and sliding another side.
· Limitation of Calculation Area shall include all areas on the Bridge, hook-up area, and a part of the connecting line on Platform (sliding side). The limitation shall be achieved 3 directions restraint.
· Pipe loops shall be considered to absorb displacements between the Platform (sliding side) and Bridge.
· Structural displacements for each support shall be linearly interpolated along the bridge.
· Other lines on the same bridge should have similar routes and similar restraints to avoid clashing each other.
· Stoppers of different lines on the bridge should be allocated to avoid concentrating loads on one structural beam only.
· Check pipe clashing carefully in the bridge landing area.
· Fatigue calculations shall be carried out for a design life.
· Indicate shoe length clearly
